I have been contracting with Grateful Ark Construction for the past 10 years. While Grateful Ark Construction continues to look after my private residences, I have expanded the work to include managing my office building investments. This includes maintaining the office park facility, landscaping services, construction and general upkeep of the 22,000 sq ft building and surrounding 4 acres of land.

In 2008, I awarded him the contract to manage and facilitate the building of a Squash Center and Gym at our office park. I required a professional squash court that had to conform exactly to the US Squash tour dimension. Mr. Aptekarev managed the entire process from start to finish, including, but not limited to, the laying of the foundation, the ordering and transport of the building, working with the team of court installation professionals and managing the wiring and HVAC installations.

When we decided to remodel our kitchen we called Grateful Ark Construction for a quote. Their pricing was very reasonable and Ark had some great ideas on how to improve the layout of home and maximize our living space.
